Joining our events is a great way to get involved with the Columbus DSA. The general meeting and socials are a great place to start for new members. All other events and meetings are open to the public as well unless otherwise noted. Most meetings provide a virtual attendance options.

Human Jukebox Fundraiser

Join us at Pierogi Mountain from 7-10pm for our Annual Human Jukebox Fundraiser! Come play your favorite music, or troll us, as we raise money for the chapter. 10% of all food & drink sales will be donated to us as well! Here's how it'll work: It's as simple as TouchTunes - you submit a song title and artist and get added to the queue!  Prices are: $3 Get your song added to the queue $6 Your song added to top of queue $10 Skip current song & play yours now $40 Play your song now, with skip immunity *8-minute cap on song length We will also have t-shirts, totes, stickers and buttons for sale!

Event types

  • General Meeting: These meetings may include announcements and reports, discussion on chapter priorities and policies, and education in democratic socialist theory and practice. The agenda for these meetings are set by the Steering committee. They are held on the second Saturday of every month.

  • Campaign Meetings: Used for planning activities for our political campaigns. See Campaigns for more information about our current campaigns.

  • Committee Meetings: Used for planning the operation of the Columbus DSA chapter organization. See Committees for more information about the committees that lead our chapter.

  • Working Group Meetings:Used for planning activities around specific issues. See Working Groups for more information about our current working groups.

  • Socials: A great way to get to know other Columbus DSA members and to learn more about us.
